Meet Dr. Shelli LaCombe

Dr. Shelli LaCombe was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. After high school, she proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, completing active duty during Operation Iraqi Freedom II and Operation Enduring Freedom from 2003 to 2007.
Following her honorable discharge, she earned her degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette before pursuing her lifelong passion of healing. In 2019, Dr. LaCombe graduated from Texas Chiropractic College, officially stepping into her calling as a chiropractor.

Outside the clinic, Dr. LaCombe enjoys spending time with her family and new baby. She looks forward to getting back to traveling with her husband, Benjamin D. LaCombe. Specifically by water to fish and scuba dive.
Dr. LaCombe (formerly Signorelli) is committed to helping patients achieve real, lasting results. She is a natural problem solver with a deep belief in the body's ability to heal. She listens to every patient's unique needs, striving to create personalized treatment plans that restore function and elevate overall quality of life.
